Molecular Biology of the Cell Study Group: Chapter 4

NOTE: we're off the usual schedule of second thursday's due to a conflict in Eric's schedule.  May 1st this time, the first Thursday of the month!  We'll be studying Chapter 4, which is about DNA.

Don’t remember much from high school biology? What you do remember seems light-years behind where biology is today?

Join us as we go through Albert’s Molecular Biology of the Cell textbook.

Inspired by the BioCurious study group for the same, we're going to be working through the book, working together to improve our knowledge of biology!

Every month, we read one chapter and discuss it at the meetup.  We'll also be talking about this paper: Kotula 2014 Programmable bacteria detect and record an environmental signal in the mammalian gut.
