In this group we focus on mindset + nutrition + fitness. We will meet once a month in person to discuss topics on mindfulness activities including but not limited to workout classes with intensity, meditations, Yoga, Reiki sessions, various workshops, and webinars, cooking classes and much more. This group is for women who struggle to lose weight because of anxiety, stress, and depression issues which leads to binge eating.
