“This is a group for anyone interested in walking, power-walking and beginner running, etc. All skill levels are welcome. We walk together every Saturday morning. I started this group from my nonprofit DSFIT2RUN to allow others to exercise in a group setting. I want people to meet other like-minded people that want to focus on healthy lifestyles, fitness and overall wellness. Looking forward to exploring local 5Ks, 10Ks, 15Ks and possible half marathons for all to participate.” We also get together for fitness and attend local activites.
