What leadership role do you play in your organization?

Director of User Experience

What's your level of experience with Agile development?

Jay Packlick was my original Agile mentor, starting in 2005. I've been involved in various Agile projects ever since.

What goals would you like to achieve by participating in the Dallas Agile Leadership Network?

Help close the gaps in understanding and practice that persist between User Experience design and Agile development, thereby making products and product development better for our users as well as our development teams and designers. I believe this will ultimately lead to world peace.

UX design and Agile development make projects successful, and my goal is to help close the gaps in understanding and practice that persist between these disciplines.
