What we're about

For anyone interested in seeing what’s up in the night sky, enjoying its wonders and beauty. You don’t need a telescope to join.

Upcoming events (1)

Twilight Meet, Telescope viewing: First Quarter, Saturn (~10:30 pm) and Jupiter

Park your car on the adjacent street - you will see a large 9 foot tall telescope in the center of the small clearing).

This is a nice open park and the starry sky is beautiful at this location. I will show you constellations, Saturn and possibly a few deep sky objects within our galaxy.. (if possible, where seeing conditions allow).

Side note: We strongly recommend that if you are not Covid19 vaccinated that you wear a mask if you come closer to others per recent CDC guidelines.

The views through a telescope are beautiful here - so bring yours if you have one (not required - there will be plenty other telescopes shared by others).

Bring folding chair or blanket if you want to sit on the ground
