The food at Bijoux is really amazing! We have put together the following menu with the wine pairings for the April 7th dinner. I've had all wines on this list several times and they are all delicious but I was most excited to find the Jorge Ordonez Late Harvest Moscatel as it is not a wine you see in many wine lists and such a treat for us that Gina included it in the menu.
Please note that the $125 plus tax and tip is a special price for our group. Normally, the restaurant charges $145 plus tax and tip for the tasting menu and wine pairings. Also, from my past experience with being both on the serving and receiving end of wine pairings in top restaurants, I can tell you that the wines featured on our menu below are much higher in quality than what you would receive from a restaurant's by-the-glass selections.

This should be a fantastic dinner as Chef Scott Gottlich has tenure in some of the country's best restaurants such as Le Bernardin in New York and Aubergine at California. I've been to Bijoux for a cooking class that Scott was running, and now I really can't wait for this dinner. Scott's wife Gina is behind the wine list and a true wine lover.
