I read about this event in Guidelive, mentioned it to the folks who saw "The Lorax" tonight, and they said that they'd be interested in attending. It's not an outdoor hot air balloon festival, but is instead a showcase of balloon sculptures, art, and clothing. I've seen pictures of things like this posted on the Internet but never in person, and it looks like fun. The entry cost is $5, also $5 to park, and you may bring a camera if you're interested. The site from Guidelive recommends prepurchasing tickets, but they're also available at the door.
