This courses includes:

* Meditation to detach yourself/your mind from negative influences and recharging your inner self

This is a series of 4 sessions lasting one and half hours each:

Mon -Fri Feb - 25th-29th from 7:00- 8:30pm

This is a course which begins on Monday and continues to Friday
