Navi promotes the view that in order to garner creativity, creative leaders are essential. He believes that individuals holding senior positions must realize and understand how to harness the potential creativity in their organization, team or customers.
Navi, a highly sought-after speaker, is often approached by Harvard University and the World Economic Forum for his insightful speeches on leadership. He provided consulting advice for countless leading organizations including GM, Microsoft and Procter & Gamble and coined several business concepts including 'Global Innovation Networks' and 'Indovation.'
Currently, he is a columnist for the Harvard Business Review and a fellow at Cambridge Judge Business School. Prior to these positions, he was the Executive Director for the Cambridge Judge Business School's Centre for India & Global Business.
