Free Yoga, Meditation Programs with World Renowned Teacher
Swami Mukundananda, world renowned teacher of Spirituality, Yoga and Meditation from India, and founder of the unique yogic system known as Yoga for the Body, Mind and Soul will be conducting a week long series of free programs, which include yoga & meditation.
Yoga & Meditation Sessions which include pranayam, guided meditation, subtle body relaxation in addition to asana practice according to JK Yog system of yogic philosophy. Each session will vary but all sessions include the above components.
Please join in for 1 evening, a few evenings, or all week long.
All mobility and experience levels welcome.
