Nichole Fausey and Richard Corey will present a Fermentation workshop from 1-5pm on July 26th. This is the final classroom day for PermacultureDenton's first PDC (Permaculture Design Certification) course, so you will have the opportunity to meet an enthusiastic group of Permaculturists, along with learning the ins and outs of fermentation. Not only will you be making your own water kefir in class to take home and begin your fermentation journey along with other starter cultures, you will truly understand what your body is gaining by consuming fermented foods, beverages, and supplements at the action of mechanism. The course tuition will be $50 to cover supplies that you will be receiving and have the opportunity to take home, along with hand-outs of the highlights and instructions for the processes, organic refreshments.
