Strands Beach Training (before Mikes' Walk)
Hi Everyone, After doing Mikes Walk last week, and meet all those very cool folks, I decided I should offer a Pre Walk Training session. Training before cardio makes everything work better, INCLUDING burning fat and maximizing lean muscle growth. Gotta love those two things alone, right! I'll be focusing on helping anyone who shows up whatever it is they may need. So if you are a beginner, injured, tight, have a lack of balance or flexibility, and wants to know how to safely work on those areas and improve them, or are an athlete who wants to increase your strength, endurance, CORE and Range of Motion, come and join me. I have something for anyone, and everything I do can be scaled down - made easier, or upwards - "You've GOT to be kidding me Bob!?", No matter what we do, the first rule is to ALWAYS keep it safe. No injures, only progress is my basic rule when training. And if it isn't 'entertaining' it isn't fun so laughter and humor is always lurking...! Besides 'training', there will be a lot of stretching, and boy isn't that always fun! So wonder on down and come play before the walk. I have plenty of toys (tools) so no need to bring anything except yourself. And some water. Maybe a towel. Possibly your last will and testimony, Ok, now I'm joking. Wanted to see who was awake!
