This workout combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. No matter what your gender, sexuality, body type, age, or previous dance experience you can join in on this dance fitness party!
Come to class in comfortable clothing such as sweat pants, yoga pants, t-shirt, tanktop, etc.
