What our Meetup will do? Through a series of guided discussions in small groups, hear about some of the concrete steps we might take to manage stress, whether stress is caused by work, finances, relationships or- dare it be said – ourselves and the way we look at the world. Join the discussion, understand and be understood – share your experience with others in a supportive and accepting place – and in the process, find new ways of managing common stressful situations that we all face. Or, if you prefer, simply listen-in and discover ways others have learned to stress less.
