Steve Luu, Thanks. I changed the date on my calendar. Steve Llewellyn, I'm wondering how much more expensive it is than other groups if there is dinner. I need to watch my sending.

Leah, purchasing dinner is not required but is recommended since it helps support the restaurant - they donate the space for our use :)

Thanks, Steve. That's helpful. I'm sure I could buy a drink or something.

This is the only Toastmasters club in the Chicagoland area that is a "dinner club." They give a realistic experience of what it's like to speak in an environment that can be distracting. While they are excellent at helping new people to overcome the normal fears of public speaking, they also have several “professional” speakers – teachers, corporate trainers and sales professionals. All in all a great friendly and learning club!
