Join in the fun and get our FIT ON! "The Durrty 60" is the name of the workout. Not as intimidating as other famous workout names such as Insanity or Asylum but I'll make sure you guys will get a fun and a good ass kicking of a workout. What it consists: 3 Rounds Lower Body: Warm - up - body squats Overhead Lunges with a dumb bell - 1 x 20 Step - ups - 1 x 20 Trx Squat or Battling Ropes Squat - 1 x 20 2 min rest per rd 3 Rounds Upper Body: DB Press/leg raises - 1 x 20 Resistance Band Low Row on Squat position - 1 x 20 Lat raise/biceps curls - 1 x 20 Planks position/mountain climber - 1 x 20 2 min rest per rd Suicide runs - 4x (10 yards) Pls RSVP! What we're about

Take your workout outdoors. The Danville Outdoor Bootcamp is geared to all fitness level. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned bootcamper. The bootcamp enlist an array of dynamic exercises to blast calories, sculpt muscles, and bolster confidence. During the 60 minute bootcamp class, the class incorporates light strength training, calisthenics, plyometrics, TRX suspension training, battling ropes and mild stretching. Get in shape and enjoy having fun with other bootcampers.

When: Monday & Wednesday @ 6a to 7a, Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 7a to 8a, Tuesday and Wednesday @ 6p to 7p, Saturday @ 8a to 9a
