Take your workout outdoors. The Danville Outdoor Bootcamp is geared to all fitness level. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned bootcamper. The bootcamp enlist an array of dynamic exercises to blast calories, sculpt muscles, and bolster confidence. During the 60 minute bootcamp class, the class incorporates light strength training, calisthenics, plyometrics, TRX suspension training, battling ropes and mild stretching. Get in shape and enjoy having fun with other bootcampers.

When: Monday & Wednesday @ 6a to 7a, Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 7a to 8a, Tuesday and Wednesday @ 6p to 7p, Saturday @ 8a to 9a
