Currently, I lead efforts at OpenAmplify to build offerings with Big Data for Social Media used by some of the largest agencies and advertisers to maximize Marketing ROI and monetize social media. Our team focuses on building models to prove Social drives business outcomes, such as financial performance. Current solutions include: 1) Social Media Attribution for Paid/Owned Media 2) Social Benchmarking on KPIs: Brand Awareness, Preference, Intent, Advocacy, and Amplification (Viral Metrics for Influencers). 3) Use of Social Metrics to develop media mix / predictive models
