Want to get in a good workout while being easy on your body and on the earth? Let’s go for a barefoot walk! Barefoot hiking in local and regional parks or barefoot city walking in Davis and Sacramento is a great way to reconnect with your body, and it’s just a lot of fun too. Both new and experienced barefoot walkers are welcome! If you prefer shoes, that’s ok too! But we’ll keep the pace appropriate for those walking sans shoes. Come have fun with us.
