We use Jeff Galloway's run/walk/run method, which can accommodate runners of different paces. Faster runners will walk back to slower people during the walk breaks. We complete the run in about 55 minutes. Runners of all levels and fast walkers are welcome! We leave no one behind!
Greatly appreciate receiving only "yes" RSVPs, unless you need to change it to "no" because you will not be able to make it after all. I have turned off notification reminders to avoid excessive emails to everyone.
