Bring a headlamp or flashlight. Starting to get a little dark towards the end.

*These hikes are designed to keep the minimum pace shown for each. If you are unsure, start slower and work your way up. The Option #3 hike isn't very slow in comparison to many of the different nice hikes being posted at various locations. You may want to try those first. These groups will keep moving at a steady pace with no breaks.

OPTION #1 - 5.5 miles, 4.0 - 4.25 MPH, no breaks till the end. Gregg will be leading this hike.

OPTION #2 - 4.75 miles, 3.5 - 3.75 MPH, no breaks till the end. Jim h. will be leading this hike.

OPTION #3 - 4.0 miles, 3.0 - 3.25 MPH, no breaks till the end. Rosemary will be leading this hike.

Each hike will pass by close to the main entrance for anyone not wanting to do the entire hike. Please ask your hike leader for where this is.

Each hike will start and finish at the same time.

Each hike is a fun way to get some good exercise and fresh air.

Hike leaders may change occasionally depending on who is available and who knows the trail.

There are a few hills, rocky surfaces and creek crossings.

Bring water and use trekking poles if you want.

No dogs on these hikes.
