I'm leading a book discussion/meditation group based on the book "The Inner Matrix" by my teacher Joey Klein. It's a really great series. The book has an accompanying curriculum that provides interesting discussion questions and a different meditation to practice for each week (there are 10 weeks).The book's chapters cover working with your mind, emotions, body, spirit, and relationships. The meditation practices include mindfulness meditation, concentration meditation, compassion meditation, visualization meditation, and more. I have been studying with Joey Klein for almost three years. I used to struggle a lot with depression and the practices in this book have really changed my life for the better. I hope you'll join us.
