Created in 1952 for the purpose of protecting the endangered flower shrub, azalea, the 13,000+ acres offers attractions suited for all. Visit the Cecil B Day Butterfly Center, Horticultural Center, Ida Cason Callaway Memorial Chapel, its lakes and nature trails.

Come early to the restaurant to have a bite to eat or coffee before the group heads to the garden's main entrance at 9 am.

Open daily 9am - 5pm.

Admission is free weekdays in February.
