The meditation practice we do is shamata, or 'calm abiding' meditation through which we can develop a stable, clear and peaceful state of mind.
The session starts with twenty to thirty minutes of calm-abiding meditation , followed by a short break, then another sessions.
The meditation is easy to learn and some guidance can be given for beginners. More experienced meditators are also welcome.
There is no charge for the session but voluntary donations are appreciated.
