The meditation practice we do is called 'calm abiding' meditation, a technique which allows us to develop a stable, clear and peaceful state of mind. Calm abiding is taught in all the Buddhist traditions.
You are welcome to join in anytime, skip or attend at your convenience. All classes are free but a donation is appreciated to cover room hire and cushions are provided.
The meditation is easy to learn and some guidance can be given for beginners. More experienced meditators are also welcome.
