Relationships can be wonderful and yet confusing, exciting and yet frustrating, fun and yet infuriating, passionate and yet emotionally draining. There is perhaps no area on our life that reflects our uniqueness and individuality more than our relationships. For many of us the template of what a relationship is supposed to look like was set by the media, novels, the movies and even fairy tales. The promise is that in relationship we will finally feel loved and whole. We want to write a happy ending to a bad old story, to fill some conscious or unconscious sense of lack.

The purpose of relationship is to evolve, to go past the early ‘romantic’ stage into a deeper place for healing where each person can experience fullness of self in relation to the other. The difficulty of relationship is transformed into opportunity for true intimacy with self and others. None of us is perfect, and it is our imperfections that expand our capacity to love. The greater our capacity for love, the greater our experience for love.

After several goof-ups, broken relationships, misdirections, false starts and battle wounds, I finally set about learning about myself and who I am in relationship. In the process through my private practice I assist others by creating space for singles and couples to open up, bring light to issues that have them stuck and discover new perspectives from which to move forward. I created this group because I want to create a community of like-minded seeking hearts where we can practice how to communicate effectively and learn how to be in relationship.

The purpose of the group is to share our experiences of the relationships in our life, support one another, discover new perspectives to becoming unstuck in relationship and examine how they form who we are and how we portray ourselves in the world through that lens. We will create community and consciousness in our relationships. We’ll practice articulating beyond the emotional blocks and communicating it effectively. We are not here to fix or rescue anyone. We will talk about our strengths and weaknesses in relationship and the goal is to get real and honest. Through the collective wisdom of the group we will support each other through our fears, secrets and concerns. This is a place of no expectations or judgement.

You are the author of your own experience. The content of the group will be created by YOU. My role is to moderate the flow, create some structure and create agreements of confidentiality and respect. Without you, there's no conversation. So, bring your life experiences, the conversations that keep coming up in your life and your desire to listen, support and celebrate in our life changes. Ideally my wish for this group is to see a mix of both men and women. We need each other to learn from each other. PLEASE join, because what you have to say and learn about relationships makes a difference for everyone. Thanks for your interest.

If you are tired of old patterns of behaviour within yourself or others and wish to make positive, life impacting changes for yourself, your loved ones and the world then this group is for you.
