Weekly Meditation Practice

Our weekly practice emphasizes meditation practice, consisting of sitting and walking meditation.  Visitors are always welcome, regardless of experience level.  If you are new to this practice, you will find useful information here and also on our FAQ page.  You may also like to check out our sangha library for additional resources. 

Chairs and some cushions are provided, or you may bring your own cushion. There is no charge to attend, although donations are accepted with gratitude and are used to pay for sangha expenses such as cushions, books, scholarships for retreats, and the cost of hosting this website.  By far your most valuable contribution to our sangha is your mindful presence.
