My name is Courtney and I have been a yoga practitioner for the past 10 years. I am currently a 200hr certified yoga instructor with additional specialized certification in Meridian yoga, as well as a Reiki Practitioner. Join me in a gentle yoga class that incorporates pranayama, yoga asanas, and meditation to connect mind, body, and breath.
