This is a free weekly wellness group that provides talks and workshops on a variety of topics on wellness that change weekly. Del Ray Psych and Wellness is made up individuals who are passionate about healing and living your best life. We are Doctorate and Masters level healers that believe in serving the community. One hundred percent of donations go to the "Charity of the Month". Topics include Yoga, mindfulness meditation, hypnosis, nutrition, career coaching, parenting, stress reduction, aromatherapy, and overall healthy living. During summer months, Wellness Wednesday offers a free outdoor yoga class. We also hold events to bring the community together in the town of Del Ray.
