Topic: Building a conversational AI using open source tools

Abstract:
Conversational AI is changing the way businesses interact with their customers. AI-powered chatbots and voice assistants ensure that the businesses are ready to serve customers whenever and wherever needed. The conversational chatbots have come a long way from their rule-based predecessors and almost every tech company today employs a conversational agent to serve their customers. In this session, we will learn how to build a conversational AI using Rasa - an open source machine learning toolkit. The chatbot will be able to understand the user context and will help him accomplish his goal. Using an open source tool like Rasa ensures that you do not have to yield the control of your data to third-party providers. It also allows you to have a better control In this session, we will be using Rasa NLU and Rasa Core to build a contextually aware conversational AI.

Prerequisites - Basic understanding of NLP/NLU is desirable but not necessary.
