What to bring: Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, journal (optional). Please note: The instructor will not provide any of these items. ALL levels welcome.
Time: 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Please arrive at 12:30 p.m. Doors close at 12:45 p.m. to begin meditation- no exceptions.
Parking: You may park in the lot next to the store as well.
