What I am planning to do for that day:
1) 5 to 10 minute stretching warm up session
2) 15 - 20 of Basic Kung Fu Training (Punching,Elbow,Kicking, Stances, Power-Generating Techniques, etc)
3) The rest of the hour would be spent on learning some Kung Fu style (form). Lately, I have been practicing 8 Steps Praying Mantis Fist, Left Side.
Things you might want to bring:
2) Comfortable clothing
4) Mosquito repellent
