Wouldn’t it be nice – just for an hour – to sit in stillness, in quiet, to reconnect with our body and breath and calm the mind? This group is for busy people who would like to experience the benefits of Mindfulness and Meditation and to share this experience with like minded individuals. Wherever you are on your journey – a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner – this group offers a supportive environment to learn new techniques and to go deeper into your practice, including guided meditations and group discussions. We have regular drop-in classes, workshops and seminars to allow mindfulness to grow in all aspects of life. The meetups will be in English.

During these weekly drop-in sessions we will explore different meditation techniques and practices so that everyone can develop their own regular practice. Wherever you are on your journey – a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner – this group offers a supportive environment to learn new techniques and to go deeper into your practice, including guided meditations. The benefits of Mindfulness are far reaching and scientifically researched. Some of the benefits include: - A reduction in worry, anxiety & impulsivity - An increase in optimism, relaxation & awareness - An increase in mental strength & focus - Improvement in cognitive skills & creative thinking - Improvement in decision making & problem solving - Enhances immune system & energy levels You are welcome to pay for the class in cash or via bank transfer (ask me for further details). If paying cash on the evening please try and bring correct change. Classes cost €10 (inclusive of 21% BTW). Osho Dynamic Meditation - Shaking Meditation

Come and try something new! This workshop will involve the full Osho Dynamic Kundalini Meditation which includes shaking, dancing sitting and lying meditation. Come and try a new form of meditation practice in a group of like minded people! THE FOUR STAGES (each 15 minutes): 1. Shake the body Be loose and let your whole body shake, feeling the energies moving up from your feet. 2. Dance Dance… any way you feel, and let the whole body move as it wishes. Again, your eyes can be open or closed. 3. Observe in silence Close your eyes and be still, sitting, observing, witnessing, whatever is happening inside and out. 4. Lie down in silence Keeping your eyes closed, lie down and be still. Each stage is accompanied with music. WHO CAN JOIN? It is recommended that you have some experience with meditation for this session. You can join one of our drop-in sessions if you have not meditated before, to understand the basics of mindfulness. WHAT TO WEAR Wear comfortable clothing for movement and sitting on the floor. ARRIVE A BIT EARLY Please arrive 10 minutes early to have time for a cup of tea before the session and to ensure that we can start the session on time at 11am. There will be no admittance after 11am as the session will be in progress and you can not join us once the session has started. COST The session costs €15 (incl 21% BTW).
