What we're about

Did you used to sing in high school or college and haven't found your musical niche as an adult yet? Want to meet other people with similar interests in a fun, casual setting? Oh yeah, and do you like HAPPY HOUR?

Introducing...Denver Choir League: a drinking group with a singing problem. We meet in bars, restaurants, and businesses to rehearse and perform choral music together, and then go out for a drink afterward! This is what you might call a "Beer League Choir." This group is non-auditioned and open to all ability and experience levels.

Note: because we meet in bars and alcohol is involved, Denver Choir League is only open to people 21 years old and up!

1st Rehearsal of the New Cycle!

Denver Union Station

Registration is now OPEN for our next singing cycle! We are partnering with Union Station and our weekly rehearsals begin there on Monday, January 28 from 6:30-8:15, continuing through March 11. Happy hours follow each rehearsal, with Terminal Bar hosting first. Concert details will be announced soon. Interested in singing? You'll need to register on our website (www.denverchoirleague.org/sing) where you can also find all the information about the cycle. DCL is a drinking group with a singing problem - we are non-auditioned and welcome anyone who wants to join us for this seven-week singing cycle. We had 60 singers for our first cycle and a sold out concert! We combine fun but high level music rehearsals with the social aspect that we all love about choir. Come meet fellow singers and join in the fun! Don't hesitate to contact Katy with any questions about the cycle. And don't forget to register! Registration closes Friday, January 25 at noon.
