Our client is a global company that is continuing to grow and expand. 1 ½ years ago, the company and replaced its IT leadership team which in turn, designed a new technology roadmap, revitalizing its infrastructure by replacing its network (including every server component) and voice systems with cutting edge technology, including virtualizing everything in the data center and instituting virtual desktops.
The next phase of the roadmap is to upgrade its financials systems from Oracle ebs to Oracle R12.
Their technical team consists of 4 Oracle applications/reports developers and 6 Oracle financials technical and Functional Analysts. They are looking to add a DBA to their team that will assume the primary role responsible for all database administration, including but not limited to Oracle Applications Database Administration.

We need you to advise us on what needs to be improved and forewarn us of impending issues before they become critical.
