It is time for our February Monthly Dinner Club-Part 2! This one is extra special because it falls during Restaurant Week! Because of the timing of this month's club, and the desire to attend, I have added a second date. Reservations are hard to come by during this 2 week feasting bonanza and most restaurants either don't seat groups or seat groups but with a prepaid reservation. Also, for this evening we will only be able to do one group of 8. So for this one, prepayment is required. We will be dining at Il Posto. I have been dying to try this place which debuted this year on 5280's Top 25 Restaurants in Denver! Your cost covers your 3 course dinner with tax and gratuity. Drinks will be on your own. The menu is compact and changes weekly to serve what is fresh and in season! "Each dish sings; and the restaurant relies on professional, casual service that never lapses." SO-the menu will be a surprise but will feature 3 courses that the chef has prepared for that week! Dishes that are sometimes offered are...strawberry risotto, osso buco Milanese, and house-made pasta dishes full of ripe and in season produce.
