As seen on Rocky Mountain PBS, this award winning program designed by Dr. Neal Barnard, includes information on healthy foods that tame the appetite demons and recipes to use to bring health to the body.
Recipes will be: Mushroom Goulash and Roasted/Mashed Potatoes (we will try three different SOS spices on the roasted/mashed potatoes).
