Recently encountered this amazing new book, Infinity Principle by Chad Steele (http://www.infinitypr...) He has an incredibly pragmatic, natural, simple yet profound formula for transformation. In the application of The Infinity principle everything is perfect...as everything comes in the service of wholeness; perceived "negative" emotions and experiences become invitations to create infinite moments...this inner awareness liberates the mind, fixed, in its discordant tension between opposites- good/ bad, right /wrong to experience a sense of unity, serenity, a sense of flow, a sense of rightness in all actions....it's soooooo zen.

1. Every honest, true thing is simple.
2. Every apparently simple thing is not honest or true, necessarily.
3. The more complex a thing is made, the less likely it is to remain honest or true.
4. If you cannot identify simple, honest truth in a complex thing, forego it.

By these rules you can evaluate everything from people to food supplements to shaving razors to religions or metaphysical products and services. They will never fail you, and can spare you much suffering.

"If you want happiness, help someone," said The Buddha.

It really is that simple. But if you want to read more about it:
