I started doing meditation 6 years ago and the results I have seen in my life are profound. I have seen considerable improvement in my life from where I was 6 years back. I have tried many self improvement techniques but I found meditation to be the best among all. Reason for that is, it brings permanent change in us by changing our inner vibrations. It produces benefits in all spheres of life, i.e. mental, physical and emotional etc. It guides you through intuition, makes you positive, brings more acceptance, and literally changes everything slowly for better. Of course the process is gradual but I guess anything long lasting does take time. I have found that many people suffer from physical ailments due to guilt, regret and non acceptance. Physical body is a the manifestation of our inner world (though patterns, beliefs, feelings). Meditation can bring hope and new lease of life in someone suffering from depression. I believe there is no other mental and spiritual technique which is better than Meditation. The real benefits of meditation can only be driven through PRACTICE. The purpose of this group is to share our experiences, talk through meditation related concepts and meditate together if possible. The ultimate goal is to improve our life. I am organizing this meetup personally because I have seen the benefits myself. This is not affiliated to any organization and not religious. There is no charge for this meetup.
