What we're about
Do you live in Denver because you love nature and wanted to connect with it, but still don't feel like you're connected? We strive to stay connected to nature and spend time outdoors, but it can be hard when we're overloaded with work and other obligations. Join us once or twice a week in parks around Denver for outdoor nature mindfulness activities and light exercise to help you feel relaxed, connected to the world around you, and to find relief from anxiety in today's world.
Groups are hosted and led by nature therapists from around Denver - anyone is welcome to join. (Please note this is NOT a therapy group, this is a wellness group!)
