Easy Cheesy Vegan Workshop -- with Dale Ball

Learn how to create tasty and satisfying plant-based versions of cruel and unhealthy animal-based dairy products with basic ingredients and no culturing. We'll explore what ingredients bring cheesiness to our palates while making nacho and alfredo sauces, Gorgonzola and Feta cheeses, nut-based cheeses, and even an innovative nut-free steamed cheese!
