• Dads at Wonderland

    Needs a location

I wanted to highlight a meetup to talk about the year. If you want to host a meetup (whether it’s once or reoccurring) then let’s plan.hikes, backyard bbq, parks….it’s easy and fun. We could use more event leaders.

If you’re knew this place is great. Lots of seating. A backyard with basketball, cornhole, and tables when the wether is nice. There is lots of drinks and food.

Wonderland is family friendly. There’s pinball, arcade games, ping pong, a shelf full of board games.

  • Dads at E.B. Rains

    Needs a location

I live up north and this park is great. Has an awesome toddler area, then a playground for a bit older kids but still toddler friendly.

There’s plenty of seating and picnic table nearby. It does have bathrooms, and they were open a few weeks ago.

The park is near I25 and 120th. Parking lot right behind the park so very short walk.

There’s a Starbucks and a couple restaurants on the corner too.

If it’s below 35 or snowing then we will cancel. Please check meetup the morning of.

  • Dads At The Zoo

Bring the strollers, babywear, or perhaps you’re lucky enough to have walkers....join us as dads take over the zoo.

Playgrounds are back open :) if the kids clamor we can stop for a few minutes. There is a concession stand right next to it. Reservations are required at denverzoo.org.

We will meet just past the gates near the penguins. If you’re going to be late or can’t find us please text Kyle at[masked].

  • Denver Dads Family Picnic

    Needs a location

Come out for the 1st annual Denver Dads and Families Picnic!

Bring the kiddos and spouses out to the picnic area near the Adams County fairgrounds. This is a great event to meet new people or meet some of the families of the dads you’ve been hanging out with.

They have covered tables next to a large playground. Slides, swings, and plenty of area to run around.

If you feel up to bring a dish please include an ingredient card. If you want to bring soda or juice that would be great.

If you can’t bring a dish no worries. There is always plenty to share.

Dads let’s take the kids to explore. DMNS has it all from Dino to mummies to space exploration and an interactive kids area where they can build, dig, and splash.

  • Father’s Eve

    Needs a location

While Father’s Day is a day to spend with family, Fathers Eve is a chance for dads to connect, share and celebrate fatherhood with each other face to face.

Fathers Eve is a fun way to celebrate all the dads and father figures in our lives.

I will get there at 7 and try to secure an area for us. Wonderland has a full bar and food service. There will be appetizers provided.

Wonderland has a lot of activities including ping pong, cornhole, and minigolf.

At 8pm we will toast to fatherhood and get some pictures for the socials. You are welcome to stick around. I plan to stay till 9pm.
