What we're about

Our group is for people with depression and/.or anxiety who want to meet , create and engage in social activities and fun things with other people with depression and/or anxiety such as movies, dining, hiking, biking, going to the beach, attending sporting events, creating happiness discussion groups etc. It is about creating a supportive community of friends who understand depression and anxiety who want to support each other through creating all kinds of social activities, having fun, creating friendships and eliminating the loneliness and isolation that sometimes comes with depression and anxiety.
