Design Sprint SF is a community of Design Sprint practitioners & facilitators in San Francisco.

This is a group for people interested in Design Sprints to meet, learn, and share new skills around solving complex problems and for those looking to learn more about human-centered approaches to creative problem solving through design thinking.

Everybody is welcome regardless of the level of experience

Helping Heuristics: The Art of Giving, Receiving, and Requesting Feedback

Having trouble working through performance reviews, work product feedback, or design crit sessions? Frustrated and annoyed by your current feedback processes with no actionable feedback? Join us for our next meetup where we will give you the opportunity to learn, share, and practice 1 of 33 Liberating Structures microstructures that enhances relational coordination and trust. In this meet up we will go through the Helping Heuristics Framework, a series of progressive methods for helping others, receiving help, and asking for help. # Speaker Diana Liu is co-founder of The SIX, a strategy and innovation consultancy that empowers companies to ideate, collaborate, and execute quickly and efficiently for sustainable growth. She helps companies build better products, services, and organizational cultures leveraging human-centered, business value-based approaches including Design and Vision Sprints. In short, she helps leaders and teams get their groove on. # Agenda ### Virtual Hangout *4:00 - 4:15pm* Get to know your fellow meetup members! ### Introduction to Liberating Structures *4:15 - 4:30pm* Liberating Structures, developed by Henri Lipmanowicz and Keith McCandless, are 33 easy-to-learn microstructures that enhance relational coordination and trust. They quickly foster lively participation in groups of any size, making it possible to truly include and unleash everyone. Liberating Structures are a disruptive innovation that can replace more controlling or constraining approaches. ### LS Exercise.
