THE PRESENTATIONS:
The Stories Behind the Story: Uncovering a Brand History to Discover its Future (with Kate Lindeen & Michelle Canning of EPAM)
How do you entice an audience to take a fresh look at a show they've loved for twenty years? An iconic sci-fi franchise asked us to do just that. Discover how we turned challenge into opportunity with an experience that rewarded superfans and new viewers alike.

The Rebirth of Cool (with Rodney Ibarra of 1 Trick Pony)
Every rebrand has its own set of challenges and as designers, it’s up to us to identify and make sense of those challenges. From understanding their needs to delivering the goods, take a look at the creative process behind the rebrand of Philadelphia based Arts & Crafts Holdings.

Diving Blindly into a New Era of AI & Voice-Driven Service Design (with Jon Billett & Cody Casey of Guru)
It all started as a fun experiment at Guru's inaugural company hack-a-thon. But before the dust could even settle, that experiment quickly (and surprisingly) got the green-light into production after becoming viral within the company and capturing the hearts of the Leadership team. A unique hybrid feature of voice recognition, AI and on-screen UI left the Product team with the challenge of creating a "best-in-class" solution for a "class" that didn't really yet exist in the marketplace. Cody and Jon will discuss how they had to act quickly and take advantage of the limited available resources to create something that they could comfortably put in front of their enterprise customers.

A Case Study in Rapid Design (with Shaun Crump of Archer Group)
Sometimes a client requires a lot of moving pieces, from many different sources, to come together very quickly. This presentation will dive into how Archer worked through a project with a quick turn-around, and how we approached obstacles along the way.
