What we're about

Anyone who works a desk job (or sedentary job) who doesn't have time to work out and wants to lose weight (even if it's just the last few pounds (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC70vdhl4eOb0gqPfeJqWGeA/videos)) should consider joining. Motivated people who are interested in eating a plant-based diet or at least eating more plant-based will do well in this group. I started this group for people who feel that age is starting to affect their ability to lose weight and for those who want or need to lose weight without exercising. It can be done! I'm certified in plant-based nutrition through Cornell and am happy to help in any way that I can. We can all share tips, research, tricks, and outcomes of our self-experiments!
