What we're about

This is a group for people who want to practice having the best time ever. Legit. At Dance Meditation Technique (DMT) we practice moving while not watching or engaging with each other and simultaneously supporting each other with sound. The DMT practice has an unusual ability to very quickly help people enter their own flow state and not just enter it, but regularly enter it and ever more deeply which results in, at the minimum, you discovering how seriously bad ass of a dancer you actually are.
