This group is to gather like-minded people that are interested in finding peace themselves and spreading love and peace. Anyone can join, from people who are already experienced in meditation and would like to participate in a group meditation to those who never tried. EVERYONE IS WELCOME!! If you are struggling with stress and looking for a meaning to life then this group is for you. Release that stress and look within to find the answers for what you exactly need in life. During our events we gather, introduce ourselves to each other, do a gentle yoga practice (optional) then sit down and meditate. After meditation we share our experiences and send good energy waves to our surroundings.
We also go for walks, do charitable work, discuss self-development subject, play games and have fun!
