Peter Burkholder: "Culture is not Smooshy: Westrum Typologies and Information Flow." Work by Nicole Forsgren in the last few years has highlighted the importance of culture in effective DevOps organizations. But how did we come up with these measures, what do we learn from them, and how can we apply them over time? Peter will answer these questions, and discuss how to use culture surveys in your organization.
