    For the June D.O.N.E. Meetup we have two great talks lined up at the home of Atom Bank. 1st talk will be by Simon Dawson (DevOps Lead) on Atom’s journey to the Google Cloud. – How Atom are modernising their entire core banking platform to run on the Google Cloud. This will be a talk focusing on what Atom have achieved to date, what’s next and some lessons learned along the way…. Simon is currently leading the Atom SRE Team and has over 20 years’ experience working in technology focused roles in banking, insurance, manufacturing, health and government. Break for networking, pizza & drinks 2nd talk will be by David Duke (Senior Site reliability engineer) on Managing secrets. - HashiCorp Vault 101 – an introduction to HashiCorp Vault and some of features on offer to help secure your environment. In this talk we will look into the initial install and concepts of HashiCorp Vault through to using some of the features such as KV secrets and Dynamic secrets and the differences between them. The speaker, David Duke, is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, who has been working at Atom Bank for 1 and a half years, transitioning from a traditional sysadmin on premise server background to the public cloud with a DevOps mindset with a main goal of automating everything!
