Everything You Always Wanted To Know About: "Accelerators"

IMPORTANT: This is a ticketed event.
You MUST get your ticket -> HERE <- if you wish to attend.
NO Eventbrite ticket = NO Entry.

================================

Every day we get asked a lot of questions from entrepreneurs and startups who want to know more about accelerators. Questions such as:

-> What do I get out of an accelerator program?
-> What is it like to be accelerated?
-> How can I increase my chances of being selected?
-> Aren’t we too far advanced to join an accelerator program?

So, in partnership with StartupBootcamp, we bring to you an event where all these questions and more will be answered with an expert panel that consist of Startup Alumni, Mentors and Program Managers from different accelerators, sharing their experience and answering questions from the audience. This will be a unique opportunity to hear the insights and stories from startup accelerators and join the discussion to get to know everything you need to know about them.

Great to have 2 panels giving 2 separate viewpoints about Accelerators. Really good questions from the audience which were well and fully answered by the panels and the whole thing was very well hosted.

Excellent event - from 0-60 in two hours. Very rounded picture - thanks Rob.

  • Daniel G. C.

Inspirational, casually simple and straight to the point.
A lot of great insights to digest and reflect upon, and many boxes of reassurance also ticked.
Thanks, truly, for the boost of confidence and for such a great couple of panels!
P.S. Perfectly timed too - and appreciated foodie-drinks mingling afterwards!

Thanks for the event - an ideal balance with the GAs first on what they look for on application from a start-up, followed by the panel of GA veterans with an honest take on the pros and cons of a programme. Lots to takeaway and the Twitter/audience questions hit the mark also. Encore!

I recently also attended a MeetUp in Israel on a similar topic. An interesting statistic coming out of the Corporate Facilitators in Tel Aviv's White Silicon City, Silicon Wadi and golden Silicon is that over 69% of the entrepreneur that enter Facilitators ( by invitation only in Israel) succeed before they leave with the assistance of the Facilitator to raise initial or follow up finance. Is that matched in the UK.

I am Stephen Darori on Linkedin. 3XC is technically based in England. If you think you have some synergy with me ( 3Xc -21 partners) or may have in the future , then send me an invitation to connect and follow up my 'yay" with an inmail. Darri Capital Luxembourg is an investor to the 3rd financing stage .

    Hi All

    Unfortunately missed this meetup.

I am looking for a tech co-founder. Working on an innovative idea in the travel space, looking to connect travelers with locals. I have been at the World travel market this week so am now familiar with the latest information, trends, issues and opportunities in the space. The business ticks all the boxes for sustainable tourism and truly has potential to have a major positive impact.

Please check out the ad here and if you are interested get in touch. http://bit.ly/1cNgm4G

    Cheers

hey guys, we're currently developing in London a very exciting mobile WEB app: http://adsy.me We're pre-launch (raising some funds on Kickstarter by the way http://kck.st/17VjerS).

The purpose of the app is to enable anyone (even kids & grandma) to create & share mobile apps on the go. It's the mobile app maker for dummies, the hypercard/geocities of the smartphone generation.

I'm looking for talented javascript/html5 developers based in London. Ping me if you're interested. Cheers. Frédérick
